There are now so many references to those Barack Obama has "thrown under the bus" that it conjures up the old cartoon satire series, "Rocky and Bullwinkle."
"Rocky, watch me throw granny under the bus."
"Bullwinkle, that trick never works."
Scene: Bullwinkle throws granny under the bus and it gets high centered.
Bullwinkle: "No doubt about it, I gotta get a bigger bus."
