Barack Obama made yet another calculated statement designed to do nothing more that appease the growing disgust for his inability to take a leadership role among free nations.
Obama did what he does best, "appeal" for calm and reconciliation, while issuing platitudes to his critics and insuring that he did or said nothing that could in anyway be construed as taking a position. That is not what the leader of the world's leading superpower do but then Obama is not a leader, he's just a two-bit politician on perpetual campaign mode.
The very future of the Middle East hinges on whether or not Iran becomes a nuclear state under the now obvious religious radicalism of Iran's Mullahs. Obama has a chance to craft a policy that could "capitalize" on the clear unrest of the Iranian people but he will play it safe, issue feel-good speeches and take a hands-off approach.
"The World is Watching" and Barack Obama is proving an embarrassment. It is a time for bold leadership and our commander-in-sheep is shouting slogans from the rear.
